Trial any of our dance classes suitable for your level for just £10, (If you choose to enrol after a Trial, our membership plans reduce each class cost significantly). ​​

After your trial dance class, you will receive an email asking if you would like to continue.

WHO CAN TRIAL OUR ADULTS DANCE CLASSES?

Students must be over the age of 18 years of age to attend lessons at ADS..
​

​Students who are not already enrolled into ADS dance classes. (Enrolled students should contact the dance school secretary if they wish to attend an additional class or change any current class).

Students who have not attended an ADS dance trial within the last 6 months. (As we do not offer a drop in class model, we only allow one class of each style / person in any 6 months period). ​​​​​
CLASS TRIAL BOOKING FORM
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REGISTER FOR A DANCE CLASS TRIAL?

Once you have registered for your trial dance class, your details will be added to the class register. Please note that we do not allow for attendance of any classes without pre-registration trial booking, (Booking form above).​

You should attend our dance venue on your booked day, at least 15 minutes before your class start time.
​

As you will be registered as a trial within your chosen dance class, the teacher will be expecting you.
​
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & BRING TO CLASS?
CLOTHING
​
Wearing the right clothing helps you move freely and safely — and gets you into the spirit of class!
If you don’t presently own any dancewear, Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in, (e.g. leggings, vests, fitted t-shirts etc).
Avoid baggy items that might get in the way.

FOOTWEAR
​
Ballet: Soft ballet shoes are preferred but initially socks is fine.
​
Contemporary or Lyrical: Barefoot OR socks.
​​
Jazz/Musical Theatre/Street: Trainers or jazz shoes.
​
Tap: Ideally Tap shoes. For first couple of weeks, trainers is fine.
​
OTHER ITEMS
For safety, we recommend removing large jewellery, (especially necklaces, hoops, or bangles).•
Please bring a full water bottle to stay hydrated, especially in more energetic classes!
